ChatBet and iSolutions Expand Conversational Betting

Zambia.- 29 July 2026 www.zonadeazar.com ChatBet has partnered with iSolutions to increase access to artificial intelligence-powered sports betting experiences across Africa and other emerging markets.

The integration will enable operators using the iSolutions platform to introduce conversational betting through WhatsApp, Telegram and chat widgets embedded in websites or mobile applications.

News Details

The technology will allow players to discover markets, build bet slips and complete betting journeys through digital conversations, without navigating every section of a conventional sportsbook application.

The proposition is intended to reduce friction within the customer journey and bring betting products into communication and transactional channels already used by consumers.

iSolutions will contribute its platform infrastructure and relationships with regional operators, while ChatBet will provide its conversational conversion and transactional-messaging technology.

The companies are already working on an initial operator deployment, with additional launches expected across the iSolutions network.

Industry Context

Africa represents a particularly relevant opportunity for the product because of its mobile-first digital environment and the widespread use of messaging applications for communication, payments and interaction with businesses.

ChatBet was initially launched in Zambia by Bola Group as a platform designed to support betting through WhatsApp. Zimbabwe and Malawi have also been identified among its planned expansion markets.

The model may be especially valuable in territories where mobile data costs, connectivity limitations or complex traditional applications create barriers to digital betting adoption.

Statements

ChatBet founder and CEO Josh Swerdlow said messaging applications already serve as the primary digital interface across many African markets.

He explained that the strategy was not to force players to download another application, but to allow them to discover products, interact and complete transactions through conversations they already understand.

iSolutions co-founder and director Filippo Ceci said the company aims to integrate technology products selected by its clients and support each operator’s individual commercial strategy.

Ceci added that conversational betting was particularly well suited to Africa and other markets where digital activity is primarily conducted through mobile devices.

Next Steps or Impact

The initial joint deployment will provide an opportunity to assess product adoption, player conversion and its ability to complement conventional acquisition and betting channels.

The partnership could allow regional operators to introduce artificial intelligence and transactional messaging without developing proprietary conversational infrastructure from the ground up.

ChatBet and iSolutions will also be able to adapt the experience to different languages, payment methods, digital habits and regulatory conditions as they enter additional African markets.
