The diploma comprises 15 specialised sessions covering key areas of the retail and online betting ecosystem, including regulation and licensing, business models, iGaming marketing, player behaviour, user experience and interface design.

The programme will also examine fraud prevention, technology, artificial intelligence, blockchain, operational management, responsible gambling and international expansion strategies. Its content will be delivered through real-world cases and methodologies adapted to Latin American markets.

It is aimed at executives and professionals working across the region’s retail and online betting sectors. Places on the programme are limited.

Industry Context

The programme will be led by Renzo Escalante Navarro, CEO of Clases Play, an international consultant with 19 years of experience and a 2024 UNESCO Chair honorary doctorate. He has led projects across several Latin American countries and trained industry professionals from more than ten markets.

The initiative reflects growing demand for specialists capable of assessing the regulatory, technological, commercial and operational challenges facing Latin America’s expanding iGaming sector.

The enrolment period will support the development of a new group of iGaming consultancy professionals equipped to work with operators, suppliers, platforms, regulators and other sector stakeholders.
