Play971 Adds IGT and Endorphina Content in the UAE

The partnerships, publicly announced on 21 July, add games from IGT’s PlayDigital catalogue and a curated selection of themed slots developed by Endorphina.

IGT will supply established titles from its digital portfolio, including Blackjack, Cleopatra and Cats.
Endorphina will integrate a selection of its slot games into Play971. The supplier secured a gaming-related vendor licence in May, allowing it to provide products and services under the supervision of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).
The agreements allow Play971 to broaden its entertainment proposition with international content in a regulated market that remains at an early stage of development.
Industry Context
Play971 received its licence in late 2025 and became the first authorised online gambling operator in the United Arab Emirates.
The platform has since expanded its content library, appointed former Australian cricketer Brett Lee as a brand ambassador and launched football betting for UAE-based customers in June 2026.
The GCGRA was established in 2023 to coordinate commercial gaming regulation across the Emirates, oversee licensing and supervise compliance among operators and suppliers.

Play971 Commercial Gaming Director Philippa Bowland welcomed the addition of two internationally recognised suppliers and said the platform would continue raising its standards for entertainment and responsible gaming.
Gil Rotem, CEO of Digital at IGT, described the agreement as a partnership rooted in innovation and integrity, designed to support the UAE market’s sustainable growth.
Endorphina Senior Manager of Partnerships & Expansion Lohith Chittajallu said participating in a market still at an early stage created new opportunities for the company.

The integrations will strengthen Play971’s catalogue with recognised brands and games, while providing IGT and Endorphina with greater exposure in one of the international gaming industry’s newest regulated markets.
The agreements also demonstrate the gradual development of the UAE’s B2B ecosystem, with licensed suppliers, greater content diversity and new offerings aimed at local players.
