United States.- 31 July 2026 www.zonadeazar.com Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has raised its full-year outlook for the second consecutive quarter after reporting record revenue, net income and adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2026.
Revenue reached USD 393.8 million, representing year-on-year growth of 46%, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 61% to USD 64.6 million. Net income reached an all-time high of USD 29.3 million.
News Details
RSI recorded approximately 949,000 monthly active users, an increase of 58% from the corresponding period in 2025.
North American monthly active users increased by 51% to approximately 296,000, supported by 64% growth across markets where the company offers online casino products.
Latin America, including Mexico, reached approximately 653,000 monthly active users, representing year-on-year growth of 62%. Average revenue per monthly active user was USD 320 in North America and USD 55 in Latin America.
By product, online casino revenue increased by 40%, while online sports betting revenue rose by 64%. The company attributed part of the sportsbook increase to the impact of the 2026 FIFA World Cup on customer acquisition and reactivation, particularly across Latin American markets.
Industry Context
RSI continues to prioritise online casino, which accounted for 72% of quarterly revenue.
The operator said more than 25% of customers making their first deposit during the World Cup had subsequently engaged with its casino products, supporting its model of acquiring users through sports betting and cross-selling them into online gaming.
Latin American revenue increased by 195% compared with the second quarter of 2025, while North American revenue grew by 23%.
Average revenue per active user in Latin America rose by 82%, supported by favourable currency movements and changes to bonusing in Colombia. The corresponding North American figure declined by 18%, partly reflecting higher investment in customer acquisition.
Statements
Rush Street Interactive CEO Richard Schwartz said the company had again established all-time highs for revenue and adjusted EBITDA through continued market-share gains in online casino and stronger sportsbook activity during the World Cup.
Schwartz described the casino-first strategy as the foundation of RSI’s business and highlighted strong player growth in both North America and Latin America.
Next Steps or Impact
RSI increased its 2026 revenue guidance to between USD 1.56 billion and USD 1.60 billion, compared with its previous forecast of USD 1.49 billion to USD 1.54 billion.
Its adjusted EBITDA forecast has risen to between USD 245 million and USD 265 million, up from the previous range of USD 230 million to USD 250 million. The updated ranges represent anticipated annual growth of 38% to 41% in revenue and 59% to 72% in adjusted EBITDA.
The company also highlighted the early performance of BetRivers in Alberta, which launched on 13 July. First-time depositors and daily active users were tracking at approximately twice the population-adjusted levels recorded in Ontario at the same stage following launch.
RSI will continue focusing on regulated markets across the United States, Canada and Latin America, using its proprietary platform and combined casino and sports betting offering to strengthen customer acquisition, retention and monetisation.
