During the interview, Nadalini highlighted that the Brazilian market has entered a new phase after completing its first year under regulation. According to him, operators are shifting from volume-focused strategies to approaches centered on player quality, long-term value, and sustainable growth.
He also explained that retention has evolved significantly. Today, it is essential to understand each user’s behavior, identify consumption patterns, and offer personalized experiences through the channels, content, and moments best suited to each profile.
In this context, artificial intelligence has become an indispensable tool. Nadalini emphasized that AI enables the automation of processes, improves audience segmentation, scales CRM campaigns, and creates highly personalized communications without the need to significantly expand operational teams.
The executive also highlighted Brazil’s unique characteristics, noting that its continental size and cultural diversity require specific regional strategies rather than a one-size-fits-all approach for the entire country.
Regarding the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Nadalini stated that the tournament represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen relationships with players. Beyond promotions and bonuses, he emphasized the importance of real-time personalization, gamification, and artificial intelligence in creating relevant experiences before, during, and after the competition.
