He also highlighted the growth of a new segment with great potential: prediction markets, already well-established in the United States with platforms such as Polymarket.
Regarding technology, he emphasised the importance of AI-based solutions that enable the execution of one-to-many campaigns, automating the personalisation of the channel, content and target user.

The executive defined the current state of iGaming with two key concepts: efficiency and agility.
